How To Use
Directions for use:
- Diffusion - Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser.
- Inhalation - Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area.
- Massage - Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
