Shipping policy
Accurate Shipping Information:
To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please enter your address details accurately, including abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). NovaLiving is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS; however, expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. Orders shipping to APO addresses and U.S. territories may experience delays. We may also change carriers at our discretion to best meet delivery requirements.
For international orders, goods are imported on behalf of the consignee (buyer). By placing an order, the consignee authorizes NovaLiving to appoint a subcontractor (such as a customs broker) to handle import duties and compliance on their behalf. The consignee is responsible for paying all taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
Processing Times:
All orders require processing time, separate from the shipping timeframe. Depending on order volume and verification, processing may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Orders: up to 4 business days to process
- Expedited Orders: up to 3 business days to process
- Rush Orders: up to 1 business day to process
These timelines are estimates and may vary.
Shipping Rates & Timelines:
Orders shipped within the U.S. typically take 1–12 business days after leaving our fulfillment center, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
NovaLiving uses USPS or UPS for most shipments. Alternative carriers may be used at our discretion. Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Policy & Claims:
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment.
NovaLiving does not accept responsibility for packages reported as “Delivered” by the carrier but will review claims on a case-by-case basis. We will assist you with filing a claim, though the process may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier.
Refunds or credits cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Out of Stock Items:
If your order contains multiple items and one or more are out of stock, we will ship the available items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable products.
Reserved Rights:
To protect our customers, NovaLiving reserves the right to:
- Require customers to use a verified billing and shipping address.
- Limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to excessive or irregular return activity, evidence of worn/altered/damaged items, or potential fraudulent activity.
- Reject or limit returns both online and in-store if prior return patterns suggest misuse of our policies.
